Howard, and Hank Hendrickson, met with Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) officials and delegates from the U.S. Institute of Peace to discuss international partnerships on the implementation of the Comprehensive Agreement on the Bangsamoro, February 2, Makati, Metro Manila (Holiday Inn Conference Room).
