In Memoriam | John David Forbes
The US-Philippines Society sends heartfelt condolences to the Forbes family in their bereavement over the death of Mr. John D. Forbes. John was a valued partner and supporter of the US-Philippines Society. He was a friend and colleague to many directors and members of the US-Philippines Society. Among his many accomplishments included the forging of the Joint Foreign Chambers of the Philippines, authorship of Arangkada Philippines 2010, and founding chair of the American Chamber of Commerce’s Legislative Committee. He advocated and witnessed reforms to improve the investment climate and business competitiveness of the Philippines.
